Pro Tools Can't Find 6030 ultimate comp
Hi,
I upgraded from pro tools 10 to 2018. I contacted mcDSP and upgraded my 6030 ultimate comp v5 to v6 I activated the software and the license on my ilok but cant get pro tools to find it. Any suggestions? I'm including a screen shot showing both the ilok license manager screen and the start up message. When I click through to the pro tools page and log on, it asks me to buy the compressor bundle. If I enter the activation code into my download / activation page it comes up as invalid. I appreciate any help. I've also contacted mcDSP Eli
