Change the length of a song.
Ok, I know this has got to be easy, but I'll be damned if I can figure it out.
When I start off writing a new song, I start wirh drums, bass, etc. generally get a nice tasty groove going. When I've got something I like, I'll select that and "Repeat Paste" that selection usually 200 times of so, so I can jam over the top of it. Eventually I'll get my song formatted but I have all these extra measures, how do I get rid of them? (...and yes I've RTFM I guess I missed that part ) |

Re: Change the length of a song.
Why dont you just loop playback a section so you dont have to duplicate 200 times. go into Operations , choose loop playback, highlight your creation and hit play.

Re: Change the length of a song.
Try just deleting the extra phrases with the CLEAR function. Highlight what you don't want and then dump it. If the click continues, then change the last ruler tab to make the tune end when you want it to.
