Preferences chance automatically within session
Hi I've got a rather strange issue on my system.
while working on a session, having "timeline insertion follows playback" and "edit insertion follows scrubb/shuttle" disabled in the preferences, these preferences chance spontaniously after a while. Has anyone every experienced this same problem? I've tried installing a fresh copy of DAE, Protools software and thew away all prefs, but still is doing that. My set up: G4 500, Mix plus, plus an extra Mix farm, Magma expension chasis, Atto SCSI card, Protools 5.1.1. Firewire backup drive with retrospect software. It drives me nuts and I can't think of any solution. Could it be firewire. I've experienced strange things before with firewire Spark |

Re: Preferences chance automatically within session
Spark,
It happens to me every other session. I don't remember where I read it but hitting the "n" key on your keyboard will toggle that function. So of course when I'm throwing my hand at the spacebar.... you get the idea. Andy
