Default Pro Tools 7.3 Upgrade Problems Info

The word from on high is that we *should* be able to redeposit assets starting late this afternoon, barring any unforseen circumstances.

If you have made a purchase and did not receive your asset yet, please send an email to:

[email protected]

Please include:

Order number
email address used to make the purchase
iLok user ID

I've already forwarded info from anyone that has posted to this thread.

Hi there,
I can't buy the 7.3 Update, cause I get this message:

"We’re sorry. We don’t see a qualifying license for this upgrade in your iLok.com account. If you own a full license, please visit www.ilok.com and synchronize your iLok with your account. Please allow one hour for your account to update and then try purchasing your upgrade again. If you still have issues, please contact [email protected] and provide us with your iLok ID."

Unfortunately, this is wrong, I bought the 7.2 Upgrade and it is installed on my ilok. I can see it in my ilok registry.
It's registered, too !

I downloaded a new Pace Driver, now the webpage doesn't say anything at all, neaning: no reaction.
I'm ingermany and there's also a little mismatch of terms: I the first text, it says: Type in your "Pro Tools License Number" and in front of teh input box it says: Put in your "ILOK ID".
So what shall I do ?

Have you tried resyncing your iLok? You should try that, then try the purchase again.

That sentence about "Pro Tools License Number' is incorrect - you should be entering your iLok User ID.
