Default Right Side Pan Control of Stereo Tracks

In the Pro Tools Control App>Channel View>Pan:

With a stereo track selected, can we put the right channel pan control on the top knob on the RIGHT side? Right now, it's under the left control knob on the left side.

Default Re: Right Side Pan Control of Stereo Tracks

and while we're on this topic, Pro Tools Control App>Mixer View

The top knob on the left side controls panning for the selected channel, regardless of how it is banked on the screen.

Instead, can we make use of the 7 other knobs available to us? Example: automatically assign top left knob to the left most channel on screen, knob underneath controls pan for the second channel, and so on.

Edit: Or at least use them for the first 4 tracks displayed and in the case of a stereo track, have the right side knobs for the right channel of the corresponding tracks.
