Pro Tools III - upgrade to 24 bit?

I have Pro Tools III - 1 I/O card and 1 dsp card. I'm running PowerMac 8200/120 3 PCI slots.

What can I do to have 32 tracks and 24 bit sound. I have 882 interface, what should I get instead. I have also Lucid 9624 that I'm not using with this system but maybe that could work?
Also I need more DSP power to proccess all the tracks so can I use DSP Mix farm card or something like that.

Or is it better (the only possible way) to upgrade to Mix system?

You need to upgrade to a D24 card or Mix card, or HD to get more than 24 tracks at 24 bit.
You will also need an 888/24 for use with the D24 or Mix card, or a 96 or 192 interface for us with the HD.
PT III is limited to 16 bit.
