Default Is DV Toolkit included with 003 Factory Complete?

I now know what I need, so does the Digi 003 Factory Complete kit include The DV Tool kit software? If not is there anything that is bundled with it?

Well, actually it's better than the DV Toolkit. It has all the features of the DV Toolkit, plus more. The DV Toolkit includes timecode, feet and frames, multiple video tracks, and other synchronization features. The Complete toolkit (which comes with 003 Factory Complete) includes all these features, plus adds surround tracks and capability, plus gives you much more tracks and busses to work with.

Thats great. I was concerned about purchasing the Factory Complete only to have to spend another $1300.00 on DV Toolkit

The CPTK has all the features of both the DVTK2 and the MPTK2 and adds quite a few more.
