Default ProTools 11 upgrade from CPTK + PT10

Hello

I have a question:
I use Pro Tools 10 with CPTK.

I have 2 computers, one Win7 computer that is not stable and a Mac which is.

I am suggested to upgrade computer to Win 8 and PT to 11, but if I do so, what happens to my CPTK?

I use a lot of features from CPTK, and would like to continue to do so.

So, if I upgrade to PT HD11 (there's a special upgrade price for CPTK owners), do I need to use HD hardware? I know it will start on non-HD hardware, but will it activate all HD features (VCAs, Input buttons, Import session data, etc...)?

And on the other side, will the upgrade "destroy" my PT10 license, or am i still able to use PT10 in addition to PT11 (not at the same time, i promise)?

Thanks in advance :)

Yes (and Automation features Snapshot/Preview, 5.1, ...).

"These systems include Pro Tools HD software with any compatible non-HDX or non-HD Native Avid audio interfaces (such as Mbox Pro), or Core Audio (Mac) or ASIO (Windows) hardware." (Ref Guide, p.35)
It works with my RME Fireface, for example.

From the product page : "Specifications" - "What's included? Pro Tools HD 11 and Pro Tools HD 10 with bundled plug-ins installer activation (requires download)"
You get PT11HD and PT10HD by surrendering the CPTK.
Do it !!!
