Default Mbox pro Headphone jack needs repair-HELP!

Not sure why I find this site impenetrable, maybe old age is catching up with me but I can't find any other place to post so here goes...Anyway the tip of my 1/4 inch headphone plug bizarrely broke off in the headphone jack on my Mbox pro. Looks like I'll need to send it away for repair or attempt to do it myself. The box looks totally sealed so it's likely to be a huge pain.
I'm in the SF Bay Area and need this done quickly as I use it in the songwriting class I teach..
any (constructive) thoughts would be helpful..
thanks

If you can't se any screws on the case I would take it to the shop you bought it.

Hey Stephen. If it is an Mbox 3 Pro (rounded grey slate color), there are 4 screws on the bottom right underneath the rubber feet. The feet are stuck on there pretty good, but can be gently coaxed off with a putty knife. The whole case slides off at that point. Not sure if that will be enough to get to the headphone jack.
