Transfer of Ownership Question
I purchased a used Mbox 2 Pro, and the previous owner filled out the transfer of ownership paper. I filled in the "buyer" information and faxed it in about 2 or 3 weeks ago. How/Where do I find the unit registered to me? I've logged into My Digi but can't find anyplace where that info would be located. Ron

Ron, your Mbox 2 Pro transfer of ownership was processed on 8/10/07. I'm not sure if Digi CS sent you an email confirmation at the time, but it is registered to you in our registration database.
Most product registrations are not yet linked to My Digi accounts, but it is definitely one of the features we are working on for future development. You can find out what is currently available via My Digi on the Website Help FAQ in the Support FAQ quick link: www.digidesign.com/support/faq
