Default D-Command Repair/parts

We have an out of warranty D-command that appears to have a failing power supply (all LEDs flashing-other functions still work). We have a fully capable engineering department able to repair/replace the supply. How does one go about getting the necessary documentation and parts?

Calling the Support line and ordering the PSU should be doable
