session doesn\'t work properly!

I have a session that doesn't work properly. I need help with this!

I have a Mbox2 with PT7.1. A session opens normally and the sound works ok, but the faders in the mix window do not move and the scrolling do not work (even when on!).

Why is that? I can not mix the session. And the session runs very slowly!
