My Pro tools 2018.7.0 does not recognize my mbox (3rd gen).

My Pro tools 2018.7.0 does not list my Mbox (3rd gen) in the playback engine. I have Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.3 on a MacBook pro. I installed the driver that is listed as compatible with this (version 1.2.12) but it doesn't change anything. Does anyone know what I need to do?
