Eleven rack interface slow lags

So I’ve found a workaround - if I turn the unit off and then turn it back on within 2 seconds - it will boot up as normal...?

Any ideas?

Hello Hollow.....It may possibly be a cold solder joint somewhere on one of the boards. Obviously hard to tell or know for sure. I assume that you have done the reset to factory? Probably numerous times. But if the reset doesnt help, I would look for cold solder joints.
