Did you log into PT and before opening a session go to your setup>playback engine and make sure you are leaving one processor available? I just mentioned I had upgraded, it wasnt the "cure". The cure for me was changing the host processors from 2 back to using only 1. Then I was able to use it. You didnt mention if you checked that. It may or may not but it was that simple for me. D
