PTLE 6.0.1: can't get to download page

Hi,
Has anyone else been able to get to the download page for PTLE 6.0.1 this weekend? I fill out the form, hit "I accept-Download" and either nothing happens or I get an "Apache error" page. I've tried Safari and Explorer (in both 9 and X), always with the same results. I was able to download the TDM update from my studio on Friday using that system's serial #, no problem. What's up? DL server down or something?

I just checked it again and it is working for me. Check the line at the top of the form regarding enabling cookies for the download, and the link at the end of that line to the instructions to enable cookies.
If cookies are enabled and you can't connect with multiple browsers, then it sounds like it could be a firewall issue with your ISP.

In any case, I would recommend using IE in X since some users have reported problems using Safari for the download.

Safari is cool and fast, I would agree. In fact I use it quite a bit to view the DUC, but it is still in beta. Parts of our website as well as many others on the net don't work well with it yet.

p.s. You checked the reply notification box on your original post and your email address is bouncing back as undeliverable. You may need to update your DUC profile.
