PT 12.8.3 and TouchOsc

Even I installed TouchOscBridge and see in the peripheral tools of windows the virtual midi port , The Bridge TouchOsc is not available in the midi input list into PT

I read touch OS run only with MAC OS X ? not with windows version of PT ?
Why it isn't compatible ?
Shall this feature maybe available in a future release ?

I am on OSX and I have connected the iPad using both a network midi session and Touch OSC Bridge. It works perfectly on standalone apps like NI Massive, Kontakt, etc.

In Pro Tools both the corresponding Network Session and Touch OSC are ticked.

There are no input midi filters (just in case).

Still Touch OSC is not sending midi or Touch OSC messages to Pro Tools.

Any ideas anyone on how to achieve that?

Is it confirmed the Pro Tools now offers Touch OSC connectivity?
