Default Consolidating file

Alright here's what I got.

I have 3 internal and 1 external HDD on my system. I am using 1 internal (non-system) drive and the external for Pro Tools. When consolidating, PT is writing the consolidated files to the roots of my drives. So I have two folders containing files for one song. I thought that once you established a folder for your session, all audio, fades, and consolidations resided there. I of course have both the drives set to Record. Can anyone help on this?
