This thread is getting weird ... you posted a pic of your ONE speaker you bought and now you are asking if the $300 was for ONE of them?? Eif you have bougjt one dont you know what you paid for? And you say you only bought one for "now" but spost pictures way too big with misc gear ...

So do you have one as you say you would know what you paid and getting a pair would run you like $200 as Albee here on the forum has a PAIR for sale at $200 which is a great deal and he is one of the most active members here so no worries buying from him.

So have you bought one or not? Why do you post a HUUUUUGE pic of cables and what did you pay for the one? I am starting to sense a strange vibe here..

Strange vibe indeed! I couldn't even tell what the picture posted was. Does the DUC even permit embedded pics in the thread?

Check with the vendor who sent you the single speaker. It may be that they mistakenly only sent you one, rather than two. (assuming they are a reputable vendor). The only speakers that I know of that are sold individually are guitar amp speakers.

Can't speak for anyone else but I said the thread was getting a weird vibe as its muddled with "I'll buy this or that and what is best" etc etc even though you had decided to get the JBL but lets drop that and talk about your purchase. It says $299 a pair on most websites so if you bought one for $300 you have done a woopsie and should return that speaker while you can and get a pair for either $200 from Albee here and maybe 60-75 USD for shipping from Nashville OR buy a PAIR from Sweetwater for $300 a PAIR and ask for the cheapest shipping if they can ship otherwise look at Albee and buy with confidence his pair for $200 which is like 259-ish CAD which in turn is a HUGE DEAL. You can NOT use just one speaker and you should return it ASAP!
