IK products still do that to me from time to time even with 64 GB. Otherwise it's very smooth sailing on my intel rig.

Try the usual, clear caches and prefs. If that does not help, the old standby- dump out your plugin folder and add a few back at a time to find the culprit.

Also sounds like you tricked your rig to install 14 on an unsupported machine. That could be an issue as well. Been there done that.

Avoiding the time burn above, I'd start with cleaning plugin cache and let PT rediscover, it may complain and then you'll have your answer.
since i last posted, the crashes have stopped, and yes its a "tricked" system but it works good. smooth sailing lately...

I haven't yet done the separate drive install for Sonoma as I mentioned on the Mac forum. Still finishing a project, but I will venture into it.



Man would that be amazing if I installed Sonoma and it cured the force quit issue with PT, (OH YEAH)
