Student purchase included 4yrs of releases never got Pro Tools 12

Time to finally chime in. Wondering where MY Pro Tools 12 upgrade is. I purchased my student PT11 around September of 2013. It was purchased through my rep at Sweetwater, Will.

Jeffro: "Still in progress, but note that eligibility is based on your date of purchase and the release date(s) of subsequent versions. So if PT12's release (3/23/2015) is within 4 years of your original Student/Edu purchase (when we were including 4 years of free upgrades) then you will get a PT12 upgrade."

Unfortunately, your product is not eligible for an upgrade. Student version that was purchased and activated after April 10, 2013 are no longer eligible for 4 years free upgrade.

I bought an Pro Tools 10 Student upgrade for my Pro Tools 9 with 4 further years of free upgrades in late 2011 and indeed received the free upgrade to Pro Tools 11 in 2013.
I did not however receive any Pro Tools 12 upgrade so far. What do I have to do? Thanks!

Brilliant thanks. Do I need to uninstall 11 or just install straight over?
