Default Toontracks EZdrummer: Upgrade or Crossgrade?

Hello, Forum! Quick question for anyone who has the time to chime in with an opinion: As an owner of EZ Drummer and a few of the "expansion" packs (The Blues EZX, Americana, etc.)... When EZ Drummer 2 comes out in a couple of months would I be spending my $99 bucks wisely and upgrading or would I be smarter spending the $99 to crossgrade to Superior Drummer? Any thoughts? Thanks much to one and all!

Problem solved. Great response from Scott at Toontracks: "I'm a songwriter and producer myself but I'm also an e-drummer. I use a Zendrum that triggers S2.

If I wasn't an e-drummer and a producer, I would be more than satisfied with using the new EZdrummer 2 product. It has some new songwriting tools that I find myself using more and more. Of course, the new kits that ship with EZD2 are more than worth the price of the upgrade as well as the MIDI.

If you're not needing the e-drum features of S2, I think you'd me more than happy with upgrading from EZD to EZ2."

You could also upgrade later from EZ 2 to Superior anyway.

I'm assuming that a new version of Superior won't be too far behind. They won't want the cheaper product to outclass the flagship product.
