PT8 - Missing first midi note?
Whenever I record midi in PT8, the first note of my sequence/region is always corrupt. It doesnt play back in my loop (dynamic transport). When I go to the event list, it's there, but the duration seems to be like 3 bars long. If I draw a note instead, it plays back. What's causing the corruption? Why can't I record a first midi note properly?

Could it be a timing issue? Perhaps you're hitting the key milliseconds before it's actually "recording". Try turning on "input quantize" and see if that helps.
