Default Insert Track ? Markers in a Bounce File

All right, terminology is very important, and I may not get it all right. I'll try my best. I'm using Pro Tools LE 7.0, and I have a 79 minute file that I want to bounce. But I want the final file to be 6 different tracks when I go to burn the wav file to CD. Is there any way to insert markers, or edit points, or ___ to accomplish this?

I know in video land you just insert markers or whatever, so that on the DVD there are different chapters. I'm trying to accomplish this in audio world on pro-tools?? Will I succeed???
