Default Avid never returns my email

So i keep filling out the contact form about upgrading my system. I get an email saying 'we will contact you soon' but then no one does.
I realize we are in a covid world, but any ideas on how I can speak to a person to discuss upgrade options?

I never received my Thank you email for the $500 I just payed to renew my perpetual licenses for a year. I guess Jeff Rosica was too busy but maybe someone from Avid could show me a little love. I've been a loyal customer since the mid nineties.

Tick tock, tick tock, Sept. 2020 - oh bug fixes and folder tracks. No new plugins. No new VIs. Tell us Jeff, what were we supposed to be excited about for our hard earned greenbacks?

i used to look forward to the emails announcing new features. Now I look forward to them because the lack of them (new features) helps to justify me canceling my annual subscription.

They had me for years and this past year they doubled on my rate and lost me. I’m slowly ramping up into the LUNA ecosystem and couldn’t be happier.
