Default Has anybody knows if a session manager app exist?

Hi there.
I was looking for sunlight regarding a problem that I have with a protools 2018 session that was open in a Mac G5 (32bits) and between the transfer the session got messed up and doesn’t open anymore.
The error message is “ the session was created in a newer version of protools” and stops there.
It’s like the header of the session has been damaged. Fortunately I recovered all the audio files ( they also where screwed)but the session and the session files backups are damaged.
Somebody knows if I can try something like edit the session file or try to open it on a different system.
The strange thing...It only happened this year after I update to high Sierra and my file system clashed I suppose, with my old good G5 that I used for backups.

My system: MacPro High Sierra PTHD 2018

The G5: Leopard system.

Thanks so much for any help
