Default "in page error occurred" - Impossible to start

Hi everyone,

I recently tried to reopen PT after a few weeks, with admin rights. It first starts normally, with the purple loading window and the big full screen one. But instead of the normal dashboard, I see two blank windows

When I click on the upper one, a pop-up, it prompts the message : "In page error occurred", without any more info like an error number (see attached image). From now on all is blocked. When I close this pop-up, it instantly reopens with the same message every time, even preventing me from closing PT. I have to use the task manager to do so.

The same happens when I directly try to load a session : before anything within PT works, this pop-up windows appears and blocks everything.

I tried to reinstall PT many times, none of which changed anything.
I have the 2018.1.0 version, with a Scarlett 2i4

I recently had to check my SSD hard drive with CheckDrive, which may have changed some stuff on it. But I did new PT setups from there which didn't change anything.
