Whole Sounds sample libraries

Anybody here know anything about the sample set developer Whole Sounds? They do libraries for UVI Falcon. Interested in their Baldwin Parlor Grand and have a couple of questions on it after testing the demo version. Contacted the developer via their website a couple of days back and have heard nothing from them. Anybody know if they're decent to deal with? Are they responsive to support?

Google doesn't put up much except for a few reviews.
