Waves not processing...

Oh, great gurus of digidesign. A plague upon my head has ensued!

Ye of great knowledge, I must ask of you yet another favor - the sharing of your wisdom!

I have been cleaning up some audio for a friend of mine's short film. I have Waves Platinum (working within PT 7 and digi 002) and I am trying to use X Noise to clean up some dialogue that is hideously masked by an air conditioner or generator or some kind of hiss. I have tried numerous time but it seems none of my plug ins will process any audio. I can preview and adjust to my liking but when I go to apply it to my session, nothing happens!

Is there something I am missing in my set up?? Has anyone else encountered this problem with plugins??

Is Use In Playlist selected within the audiosuite plug-in?

xnoise isn't part of waves platinum..............maybe thats why it won't process? the demo may have run out(but more likely it would not let you load it......)

since when? I own the platinum bundle.....waves website doesn't say they've added anything...

X-Noise is not part of the native Platinum bundle... if it was, I'd be using it every day. It is part of the more expensive Broadcast Production bundle (and Mercury) or to buy seperately.
