Default Smaller res or larger fonts?

My eyes are getting bad and images on my monitor seem to be getting smaller, lol. Does anyone know if PT 10 can run at a lower Resolution than 1920X1080 or larger fonts so I can see the darn thing at about 3 ft away? (I have them mounted behind a pretty big mixer, Tascam DM-3200)
