No- there is a DX-VST wrapper though. Could you go DX-VST-RTAS? It would be easier to find Saddam Hussein than to answer that one. Oh wait...never mind

I haven't found one yet.. someone gave me a link last week on the DUC to something that's meant to do it.. but I haven't had time to check it out.

im pretty sure fxpansion made a vst-dx wrapper but now cakewalk distribute and own it. I don't think it goes the other (dx-vst) way so it would not be much use to you.

fxpansion made the wrapper which let a Dx host use a VST plug-in.. not the other direction. The link I supplied is the only one I've found which even hints of a VST host which wraps a Dx plug-in... but Angus could probably make one in the future... but I'd expect the latency to be pretty bad.
