Melodyne 4 Studio renders out of sync

Hello kindred Pro Tools and Melodyne users!

This is happening at my studio and one I work at. We are both using Pro Tools 2018.4 (Not Ultimate aka HD). We are both Using Melodyne 4 Studio with the latest update. We are both on Mac Pros running OS Sierra 10.12.6 (not High Sierra).

The issue I am having is that whether I print audio in real time to another track, commit a track (real time or offline), or bounce a track, the audio timing does not line up with Melodyne track. Where is does not line up is a difference roughly 150ms give or take, enough to hear comb-filtering. It is both late and early in the same render so nudging it will not fix any problems. The the different renders do not line up with each other either so the render methods are producing different results. This happens most of the time rendering a Melodyne track but sometimes the issue is not there and the timing is fine. Is there perhaps a setting in Melodyne or Pro Tools we need to change? Please advise and thanks!
