Dock 12 Softkeys going to sleep

Hi Folks,
This one goes out to Eddie.
I know this was supposedly addressed in an early update a while back (I'm not sure what the thread was called either), but I am having the issue where after a while, the Docks soft key buttons become inactive.

They still display the correct colours etc, but I have to toggle between Soft keys and Transport using the bottom left button to make them spring to life again. Otherwise they don't do anything.

It's been like this for a long time, but I keep forgetting to report it.

Does this happen to anyone else out there?

Doesn't happen here. System is left on continuously working or about 18 hours a day. The Dock is almost never rebooted.

What version of Eucontrol are you on and what is your Dock firmware?

Yes same here. All on 24/7
Latest version at this time. 18.3.0.244 Mmm

And Dock firmware? There was a firmware update for the Dock not too long ago.

Yup.. apparently up to date.. 1.1.20.0

Yes this fix seemed to resolve most peoples issues. Have you customized the softkeys, I wonder if something in them is causing this. If so, could you try the default for a few days and see if that fixes it ? Another thing to try is a clean uninstall, using the 18.3 installer uninstall everything and check the uninstall prefs too, then reinstall.

Thanks for getting back.
No I haven't customised the Soft Keys. The only customisation i have done, is on one of the User pages on the iPad. (Added some workflow macros).

Note, that the same thing is happening when I use its with Logic ProX too.

Will try an uninstall to see how that goes.
