2 Months and still no refund or reply from AVID
Why is Avid ignoring my request to refund PT HD when I haven't received it?
Furthermore can AVID explain why, -when you click upgrade to HD you insist on sending another ilok out with a piece of cardboard that has a number on it? Wake up AVID, I click UPGRADE because I have PT system which has an ilok, all I need is my ilok updated!!! Why is this so hard for you to understand? Hopefully, and ADMIN will read this and chime in, but it is a "user forum." But I do thank you for reinforcing why a lot of us have decided to opt out of their "upgrade" option.
