Default 2 Months and still no refund or reply from AVID

Why is Avid ignoring my request to refund PT HD when I haven't received it?

Furthermore can AVID explain why,
-when you click upgrade to HD you insist on sending another ilok out with a piece of cardboard that has a number on it?

Wake up AVID, I click UPGRADE because I have PT system which has an ilok, all I need is my ilok updated!!! Why is this so hard for you to understand?

When is someone going to sort my case out as I'm getting really annoyed.

Hopefully, and ADMIN will read this and chime in, but it is a "user forum." But I do thank you for reinforcing why a lot of us have decided to opt out of their "upgrade" option.
