Digi 002 Rack Input Sensitivity
I have a Digi 002 Rack I'm running on a dual 1.25G G4 w/10.3.1 and everything runs great, but it seems that the line inputs on the 002 are super sensitive, especially to transients(i.e. volume spikes in drums, voc, etc.). It seems like it's very hard to get hot levels into Pro Tools, even with tons of compression to level out the input, without getting pops and clipping on peaks. Has anyone else noticed this, and can anyone at Digidesign help me out on this?
