Stuck fader
I have had my c24 since April. when i first bought it (new) it worked about a month and i had to send it to Digi for the power supply replacement. It has worked great until last night i launched a session and my channel 4 fader shot to the top and stays rhere,it makes a clicking sound. If i pull it down i have not sound on that channel. I can move the virtual fader and get audio but if i touch the fader on the C24 it zero's the sound on that channel. I did the utility test and all other faders test OK except #4. any ideas?
