Default TCE Plugin Error

Hi Everyone, I recently upgraded my external Soundcard to the Antelope Studio Zen. I have two DAWs on my computer, FL Studio 12 and ProTools 11.

Everything works perfect in FL Studio, no issues. However, in Protools, when I start a session before anything Opens I get an error saying

"Could not create the TCE Pug-in's Factory default file because the plug-in doesnt support the current sample rate."

I noticed this all over the web, but I cant get rid of it on my system. I also have no idea what it means or how it will influence my session.

Once I click ok and go to pro-tools, i get the second message
"There are more actice audio tracks than the allowed maximum. As a result, one or more audio tracks will not play."

Any thoughts or brainstorming will be appreciated.

James
