Pro Tools 10 CPU Overload w/ Focusrite S Pro 40

Hello,

I am using the Saffire Pro 40 with Pro Tools 10. I've never had any issues with it until this morning. Whenever I start recording, I get a 'CPU overload, try removing plugins and increase your H/W Buffer Size." I have zero active plugins and my buffer size is maxed out. I do not believe I've changed any settings in the past two years that I have been using this. I am not sure what has happened.

In the event I can even commence recording, I get massive latency, at least half a second or two. My delay compensation is maxed out and direct monitoring via the Pro 40 does not help at all whatsoever.
