Computer goes blank and restarts

I´m having this problem when I use my new Digi 001 the computer screen goes blank and the computer restarts for no appearent reason. I have no idea what causes it because there isn´t any mirror that appears whith any error-messages. I think it may be the hardware which is following:

Compaq Deskpro
650 Mhz pIII
384 mb´s of RAM
10 gb system hard-drive
41 gb audio hard-drive
Digi 001
Soundblaster 128
Running on Windows 98SE

I hope someone has any idea what may be the problem because i haven´t got a clue!!! [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

Moog,
This has been an ongoing problem. Please check the archives for things like 'spontaneous reboots' and what not for a better discussion. There have been a lot of discussion about it.

I am of the opinion that it is not really a PTLE problem because I've seen exactly the same thing when I push windows Media Player hard, and a couple of times with other audio related programs.
