2018.4 has gone back to sluggish for me

Unfortunately, I am getting graphics slowdown of all pro tools meters even when low cpu project, with certain plugins, that didn't cause it before...

I am getting a DELAY when inserting plugins, waiting for them to appear..

The whole thing just feels so much more sluggish than before..

anyone else experiencing similar issues? Will have to go back 2018.3 for now

same macbook pro as always, as in sig, only started issues with 2018.4

Absolutely agree, for me all versions of 2018 are INCREDIBLY sluggish. Moving a track around.... beachball for a few seconds... scrolling around the session once again slow. Every thing about this version just feels 'laggy'...

So incredibly frustrating.

I am actually sorry to read it, i was hoping i was the only one.

Something has changed under the hood.. i have had crashes too that i haven't had in months..
