Default 2019.6.0 Beachball on zooming?

Not sure why this is happening but I use keyboard focus using t/r to do a lot of zooming when I work. Since installing the newest version of PT I start getting a lot of beachball stalls when zooming in and out a lot. The longer the session is open the more it happens until it's intolerable and I have to reboot. Can't find another culprit so is anyone else seeing this happening on their systems? This is PT Ultimate with and HDX card.

Mac 5.1, Mojave, HDX with HD interface. Mac Pro 5.1, 64 gigs ram. I'm going to reinstall 2019.5 to see if this will fix it.

It works fine here, but I'm on HS. Try with another session. If persists, create a folder on the DT and put all plugins into it. Delete pref, relunch PT and let it reinstall the core plugins. Check if this happens again. If it works try to re-insert plugin one by one and check which one causes this

OK, figured out. I had also moved some sample libraries to replacement external hard drives and PT was spending two days rebuilding the catalogues for the databases. Finally!!

Did you replace the video card? The original hd5770 of the 5.1 is not mojave compatible
