It seems that I purchased wrong version of Crossgrade-Protools10

I've just purchased Protools 10 Crossgrade from Protools "LE"
but finally after all the payment, the email said " I've purchased the Crossgrade-Protools EX! "

I need to use PT10-crossgrade from the LE not the EX

What can I do or Who should I contact about this and change the EX to LE version ?

Email support and include all the pertinent info - Should be able to get it swapped back without any issues

What is ProTools ex anyway

I've just send to http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation which i don't know if it's the right place to submit. but i can't find any other place to submit

Pro tools express the free bundled version included with mbox interfaces, cut down version less tracks etc. But still pro tools 10 for free lol

I don't think there's a problem here at all.

The price for upgrading from LE is the same as the upgrade from EX or from M-Powered. They're just calling it EX in the email.

None of that matters because the Ilok license you get sent is for standard PT10, and the installer you download is a full installer for PT10.

So just go ahead and install it and start using it.

yah i dont see what the issue is.. you got the PT10 license? spent the same dough ..
