Default Digi002R as my windows sound card?

I just recieved my Digi002R and I noticed when trying to listen to Itunes, DVD, or any application that I'm not getting any sound. Upon further inspection, there are no drivers installed in my sound manager to allow me to hear sound through the digi002 outside of protools.
What's the deal?
Is there a way to use the Digi002R as my main sound device in and out of Protools?

I have a question on this topic. I have the wav driver installed, but I can not control the volume level when plugged into the two main outputs on the back of my digi001. I can control it on the front when I plug it into monitor, which is what i have been doing.

also, quicktime, and real audio do not seem to work with the wav drive. only windows media player. has anyone found a workaround for this? quicktime and real do not detect the sound device.

thanks
