Default Pro Tools 11 unable to locate hardware

Hey guys,

I just installed Pro Tools 11, and now it's stopping at "Loading Plugins: Vari-Fi" saying "Unable to locate hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on, Click OK when the hardware is ready." What does it mean? I have the ILok connected and everything installed. What is wrong?
