Eucon crashes on boot when dock is ON.

I have a Dock connected to S3.

When I boot Windows without S3 turned on, Eucon crashes.
When I boot Windows with Dock turned on, a message like "can not connect to dock" appears or it simply crashes.

So I have to switch on S3, then boot PC, then switch on Dock, then switch on Ipad.

That is annoying, I'd like to have all the control surfaces connected to one external power switch, since the tiny power switch of the dock is on the worst reachable position I can imagine.
