Seems unfair to have to waste the only free code for a problem for which a fix should well and truly be publicly available, or at least information regarding a recall or something. Absolutely disgraceful and disheartening behaviour from a company that is supposed to be one of the leaders in audio technology. |

it says on the avid site "Fixed loss of headphone output".
i haven't really checked to see if the problem is still there or not. |

I just purchased MBox Pro and had headphone failure, mono button, and volume knob problems.
I just put the 1.0.16 driver update (Mac Lion). It fixed the volume knob and mono button, however, still nothing coming out of either headphone outputs. I called in customer service technical support and waiting on hold for an hour then was told they would call me back. I got my fingers crossed. I will share my input as soon as I here back. |

installing the latest driver didn't fix it?
you know they just released it, and it supposedly fixes the headphone problem. |
