iLok no longer working after Relab license auth
Had some issues with the new Relab 3 in one authorization we got for free awhile back (Sonsig was included, had to surrender the old ones). Relab contacted iLok and they said it was an issue on their end, and fixed it. I just authorized it and now our iLok is dead, says that none of the plugins that are authorized on it, nor the Pro Tools Ultimate license, is activated...
What the hell happened? I have clients sitting here waiting for me resolve this, but I cannot...I already sent a support case in, but I'm gonna have to send everyone home here tonight as I don't think I can figure out a fix... Has anyone else come across this? No clue what's happening.. Thanks and much appreciated, Sig |

Can you still read it from the iLok License Manager?

And just like that, it magically works again...got some weird "server sync" message from the iLok app that I've never seen before...
I'll chalk it up to errors on the Pace site I suppose...? Very odd... |

Ya, everything was reading from the iLok just fine within iLok manager...I even plugged the iLok directly into various USB ports and none of them would work. Restarted the system several times, reinstalled the iLok manager software...this was definitely a weird one.
