Angry Audio Alan Smithee

Is there a conventionally agreed credit amongst the audio post community for an Alan Smithee situation?

I have recently been badly screwed over and wish to completely disassociate my self from the production.

If it were just a personal disagreement, I would suck it up and take the credit, but the total lack of professionalism on the part of the "Director" and particularly the fact that he has misrepresented my work to the point that it would damage my reputation to be associated with it, demands that for reasons of self preservation and general principal I must remove my name and support from the production.

I would also like it to be known from the credits, that the sound person (whom ever they may be ) distanced themselves from the production.

So is there a sound dept. equivalent to Alan Smithee, or should I just go with Alan Smithee as a credit?

Thanks.

Did the make Public Enemies 2 already? JK. Alan Smithee I believe is kind of a director's pseudonym. Just make up a name and I'm sure all will be well. Maybe tell them not to credit a name at all for you. Their feelings might be hurt but at least it's not your reputation!

Hah!

Yeah I was contemplating "Buck Furgers" for a while.

I'm really tempted by using Brice Carrington, that's bloody funny and at least he would have a "legit" credit to his name - not one that he'd want mind you

How scary is this though : I was just trying to explain to my sister who Brice Carrinton is, when I stumbled across his website and found this in his bio:

"Most recently, Ultimate FX is currently available in Pinnacles Studio.
Studio is the leader in consumer based home editing software."

Holy Crap! He's Avid endorsed now

I seem to remember him printing a retraction to his most outlandish claims, so he's either upped his game or upped the B.S.

The Three Stooges reference is a good one, although there were only two stooges in this caper...

...The Director, and myself for getting involved in the first place.
