Default Any possible way for Accel systems to be recognized by Yosemite 10.10.5?

Obviously, Yosemite isn't officially supported by PT10, but is anyone successfully using PTHD 10 with Yosemite in TDM land?

I had to roll back to my backup (10.8.5) after trying 10.10.5. HD cards were not recognized. I'm wondering if I just missed something silly, or if there is no way to get HD cards recognized by Yosemite.

Thanks!

Not that I know of, but it will unofficially work on OS 10.9 if that helps you at all.

Thanks. I tried Mavericks. All the problems and none of the benefits. HD did work, though, yes.

Hopefully there's a way to use it with Yosemite that someone will mention.

PT10 doesn't work well with Yosemite, so why bother?

Barry, that's not really an answer, though. ;-)

PT10 HD and TDM cards work well in Windoze 7 if you want to try something different.

I´ve tried it on a test partition... system upgrade from mavericks (no fresh install)

my accel system (3 cards) works on yosemite. cards are recognized, PT opens as before on mavericks

opened some projects from mavericks (which by the way works well with PT10) which played without any problems and in a similair performance ... but with the known menu-bug (greyed out entries in plugin-menus etc)

went back to mavericks since the menu bug was annoying me too much

Matt, it really is, unless I'm missing something. I, like you wanted to know if I could effectively use my TDM system past 10.9 after I bought my 2009 MacPro and upgraded it to a 12 Core, so I installed PTHD 10, on 10.10, 10.11. and 10.12 where all have the menu selection bug, where all the menu choices are greyed out, I didn't really test beyond that, as that made it a no go as far as I was concerned. Since PT10 or lower won't work with any OS above 10.9, how could you effectively use an TDM card in an OS above 10.9?

Is there another use I may be missing?

Before moving to HD Native about 6 months ago, I had been on an HD3 in Mavericks for a very long time with zero operating issues. The only issue I had, was if I needed to reinstall, which I did have to do once, and it was a pain in the butt as the uninstaller does not work properly. They do have a step-by-step process for manually uninstalling, which I followed, and it worked fine, like I said, it was a pain.

Other than that bug, OSX 10.9.5 worked flawlessly for me on and HD3 and PTHD 10.
