XLR Connectors on Stage 16 - Update possible?

Hi,
I am having problems with the input sockets on my stage 16, the XLR sometimes get stuck, right now I have to send in one stagebox to get it serviced ( remove the XLR ).

Would it be possible to have an upgraded input board with better quality xlr plugs?
Maybe non locking sockets?

Or are there other ways of working with what I have?

What connector brand are you using? There's a lot of **** chinese stuff out there that does not fit the size specs. Personally I think having unlocking connectors in a stage box is a total no-no.

As you can see on one of the pictures you can see the last letters of the brand: "nol", so it was amphenol. A type without soldering but I am not sure, those where not my cables.
I refuse to start saying to people "don't Takte these xlr plugs" on a 4K€ stagebox, that's ridiculous.

I do love locking connections but I am scared that this will start to happen more often while the box gets older.

So an upgrade to neutrik would be cool :)

My IO boxes do the same thing. I usually have to push the XLR cable connector in before I can pull in out.
